Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer Free Australian shipping for all purchases over $150 (Metro Areas only) (Rural regional areas may be subject to an additional charge). Excludes Hire Items.

Do you stock you products locally, or are they directly shipped from overseas?
Everything we sell is stocked locally in our warehouse ready to ship via our preferred couriers.

When do you send out orders?
Orders are sent out typically same day if received by 1pm.

Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 1224 Lytton Rd, Hemmant, Queensland.

Can we visit your office to see your products?
Certainly, just give us a call first to make sure we are not all out and about delivering customer orders.

Do you sell your products to Wholesale Customers?
We distribute our products to many different retail outlets at discounted wholesale rates. Contact us if you would like more information.

Do you have any discount vouchers I can use?

Do your listed prices include GST?
All of the prices listed on our site include Australian GST where applicable. No surprises when you go to check out!

Is your Holi Powder authentic?
Yes, it sure is! Our Holi Powder is made in India following our strict quality requirements.

Is your Holi Powder Fire Resistant?
Our Holi Powder is specially formulated to be fire resistant. Our powders are designed to be thrown directly on to people, eyes should be protected by appropriate glasses. All natural ingredients.

Is your Holi Powder Non Toxic?
All of our powders are made from natural ingredients (maize starch and vegetable colours). Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Certificate of Analysis available on request.

Will your Holi Powder wash off clothing easily?
It is best to wear older / disposable clothing. White clothing works as the best backdrop to contrast the bright colours. Although under normal circumstances Holi Colour Powder doesn’t stain, it can leave a light coloured wash over the item of clothing. Clothes are best washed by themselves.

I'm planning a large Paint Party, how much paint can you supply?
We are the only company in Australia who can supply this paint in bulk quantities and always have stock on hand.

Does your Neon Paint was easily off people?
Our Neon Paint is designed to be washed completely off the skin and hair easily.

Can I make your paint last longer for my Paint Party?
Our Neon Paint can be diluted before use to make it go further for your event. Simply add water to achieve your desired consistency.

Is you Neon Paint Non Toxic?
Neon Party Paint has been specially formulated to be used and squirted directly onto people. Eyes should be protected by appropriate glasses. Our Neon Paint complies with AST-4236 and is completely safe. Has very little odour. We are able to supply all of the MSDS requirements on all colours.

Will your Neon Paint wash out of clothes?
Our Neon Paint washes out of most materials with water. White clothing will give the best effect with the paint although it works and looks fantastic just on skin.
